Shipping policy
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for us to process your order.
Express packages are shipped the same day if the order is placed by 1 pm central standard time. All express orders placed after 1 pm will ship out the next day.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost/stolen, damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied address from customer, unclaimed/ refused by the customer, misdelivered, or reflects a “delivered” status by the carrier. If your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service. USPS 800-275-8777
Sometimes USPS updates tracking information will show "delivered" a few hours or even days earlier than the actual delivery. Please wait at least 48 hours to see if the package turns up.
We are not responsible for any potential delays after items have been shipped as it is provided by the carrier and may vary with weather and package origin and destination.
If for any reason you item is not deliverable and is returned to us the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items only! Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Shipping Methods: Standard, Priority and Priority Express all via USPS. Some occasions UPS may be used. DHL for most international shipments.
