It was January, and the year was 2021. The world was in the middle of a lock down. There were government orders to stay indoors. Countries borders closed off. People stuck in countries, unable to return home to love ones. Millions of jobs lost. Businesses shut down. The world would never be the same as we knew it. A virus called Covid-19 had spread across the world, threatening the lives of millions.

On 30 January 2020 COVID-19 was declared a Public Health Emergency of International Concern (PHEIC) with an official death toll of 171. By 31 December 2020, this figure stood at 1,813,188. Yet preliminary estimates suggest the total number of global deaths attributable to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 is at least 3 million, representing 1.2 million more deaths than officially reported.

Amidst the global turmoil, Giles T. and I were inspired to create. We wanted to create a design that would be inspirational, simple yet powerful. Full of meaning. After weeks of brainstorming and design revisions, our logo was born. The brand started as "it's all God life" with the logo that's now seen in Chapter One: it's all GOoD. The design aimed to serve as a simple yet profound reminder to its wearers: 'it's all Good and it's all God.' Any additional meaning would be defined by its wearer. Three additional designs, sharing similar intentions, were also released in February 2021. 'GOoD Vibes Only.' 'Powerful Beyond Measure,' and 'FAITH: Bigger than fear.' They were all designed to create conversations within oneself. To provide daily guidance and reassurance of the strength that is within us.

Love Wins

We believe that God surpasses boundaries, and we aim not to identify with any specific religion. We promote the thread that connects us all, which is Love. We refer to the type of love documented across various spiritual texts and embodied by numerous historical figures. An unconditional Love for self, others, and God.

At the core of everything lies God and Love.

Rebranding

After a period of reflection, in April 2024, we underwent a rebranding to 'the Book of Love Brand.' Our new brand logo features a heart shape divided by an open book lying on its spine. It was meant to point out what seems to be often overlooked by followers within many of the world religions, the messages of the importance of Love.

Staying true to the book theme, we opted to present our designs in distinct chapters, beginning with the prologue.

A prologue is an introductory section of a literary work, such as a book or play, that provides background information about the story or characters. It is typically found at the beginning of the work, before the main narrative begins.

Find God in the GOoD

This holds a dual significance. 1. it means to find God in the good that we see... but 2. it means, look for GOD in the designs that will come next.

Chapter 1

it's all GOoD

Therefore, in Chapter 1, 'it's all GOoD,' and subsequent chapters, we should uncover GOD in that phrase, revealing its double meaning: it's all Good; it's all God.
